I would give Jon and his crew ten stars if I could. After hiring a different company to install an aluminum fence around our backyard, we were left with a yard full of mud, and a fence that was not up to our HOA code that could literally be lifted out of the ground. The owner was aggressive, blaming me for their mistakes and obvious lies. Their paperwork released them of all liability, and we were screwed. Upon the recommendation of many others, I called Jon, and he was out that afternoon for a consultation. I knew that the original fence was bad, but it was worse than I had even thought. Jon even came back a few hours later to speak with my husband. There was a cancellation the next morning, so they sent two guys out to do repairs. Raul and his partner were wonderful, even replacing a neighbor's older post that had been left damaged by our installation. Our fence now looks like it should have in the first place. Probably better. I just received a text that we will not be receiving an invoice for the work- They fixed our fence for free out of the kindness of their hearts. That is insane. They are great people, and I can personally attest to the fact that their workmanship is far superior to the competition.

American Fence did a Great job installing our new Chain link fence. They worked with us and listened to our concerns every step of the way. The installation crew did a great job of addressing our concerns. They cleaned up after the job so the only thing that stood out was our new fence. In an attempt to get quotes for building our fence, American Fence was by far the most responsive and easiest company to deal with. Once date was scheduled, there were some delays due to rain and other extenuating circumstances, but the company did a great job of communicating. Above all, the quality of the fence that was built and the skill of the workers was excellent. We are very happy with the result and would call them again for our next project!

Although the installation process was completed by his staff after his consultation with us, Jon has made himself available since day one as a "go-to" person.
